Increase the variety of fresh fruit, vegetables, nuts and seeds in your diet. Acne scars
Acne scars can affect anyone. To get the best treatment for your scars you first of all need to understand your scars. Acne scars may seem alike but are actually not. There are different types of acne scars which need to be treated separately. There are different treatments available for different types.
There are mainly three types of acne scars.
Ice-Pick Scars: These scars are 1-2 mm in diameter
Boxcar Scars: They measure more than 3 mm in diameter. These are similar to post- chicken pox scars.
Rolling Scars: These scars are wider than 4-5 mm and they give a rolling appearance to the overlying skin.
